Our Practice
Geographically, the majority of our cases come to us from north Jersey. That said — we would like to stress that our lawyers routinely take cases throughout the state of New Jersey and from across the United States as well.
Legally, the main focus of our practice is personal injury law. This includes cases of wrongful death; car, motorcycle and truck accidents; medical malpractice; nursing home abuse; injuries caused by defective products and much more.
In addition to personal injury and medical malpractice cases, our firm also offers exceptional experience to individuals who have had their civil rights violated and to business clients engaged in various types of commercial disputes.
Our Attorneys
Each of our firm's principal attorneys brings more than just litigation experience to the table.
Larry L. Leifer is a registered pharmacist as well as a certified trial attorney, admitted to practice in New Jersey and Florida. Ben Levine, also a certified trial attorney, is admitted in New Jersey and New York. Our third attorney, Douglas S. Grossbart, is a summa cum laude chemistry major in college and a medical doctor as well.
Combined, their trial experience adds up to more than 70 years; their results, to tens of millions of dollars recovered on behalf of previous clients.
